Woman gets 30 years for arson that killed three firefighters in Wilmington, Delaware

Friday, December 13, 2019 4:28PMWILMINGTON, Delaware -- A Delaware woman who pleaded guilty to second-degree murder for an arson that left three Wilmington firefighters dead has been sentenced to 30 years in prison.

Beatriz Fana-Ruiz, 30, was sentenced Friday after pleading guilty in August to one count each of second-degree murder, arson and assault.

Prosecutors say the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement has filed a detainer against Fana-Ruiz, seeking her deportation to her home country of the Dominican Republic when she is released from custody.

I have seen many crime threads moved for not being related to immigration, but the perpetrators are illegals.
Where are you moving these to? Considering one of the biggest problems with illegal immigration is the general contempt many illegals have for our laws other than immigration law, I'd think this germane to the immigration issue.

Otherwise, where do we go to find out about the latest the criminal activities of illegals?

Disseminating these in State Politics really does the issue of crime committed by illegals no justice.

@Smokin Joe, the foci of the article are the arson, trial, and sentencing. The perp's citizenship/immigration status was incidental to the commission of the crime, unless arson is uniquely committed by illegal immigrants.
