This is in today's transcript reading but this article seems to highlight this part.

It makes sense. She should have just been businesslike and transferred them to the Senate.

I would say "never" is in the realm of possibility, but so is Pelosi caving to the extreme left of her Party and transmitting the Articles to McConnell's Senate.
