Convicted Rapist and Murderer is Spending Thousands of Taxpayer Dollars on This While In Prison

It’s sad but we’ve grown accustomed to the government’s wasteful spending of our tax dollars, but now the state government of Connecticut is spending taxpayer money on something stupid and unnatural.
A convicted felon who raped and murdered a family 12 years ago has started the process of gender reassignment while locked up in prison on the taxpayers’ dime.
Sadly this isn’t the first time it’s happened either and it’s likely that it won’t be the last. After the process is complete he will likely be transferred to a women’s facility as well since he’ll be identifying as a woman.
