Today is a good reminder for all Americans: law schools now overwhelmingly reflect the absurd, left wing dominance of undergraduate colleges-

And professors at Harvard Law School usually have the same politics as gender studies and diversity teaching assistants at Woke U.

If I were the cable stations I would’ve bailed out of these hearings after the “witness” list was released. You can hear this same discussion over a chilled Chablis anywhere on the upper west side tonight.

1) Nadler signals impeachment articles may include Mueller

2) A combative Pamela Karlan takes center stage

3) GOP is trying to get Nadler to screw up

The refusal of Democrat counsel to ask Professor Turley questions, keeping him silent and only allowing three far left professors to answer questions about impeachment is a perfect example of academic group think and quashing discussion of different ideas.

Why are Democrats afraid to ask Professor Turley a question?

If their case is so "iron-clad," certainly it should be able to withstand scrutiny of a legal professor who is not a supporter of President Trump

Yet they only are questioning their liberal professors

The whole point of today's "hearing" is to put forth the leftist arguments to impeach.  Asking questions of Jonathon Turley would be counterproductive to that goal.

Noah Feldman is a complete fool.  A first year law student has a better understanding of law than does Feldman.  His 'bank robber' analogy was beyond idiotic.  He characterized Trump's actions as someone walking into a bank and brandishing a weapon as they demand money.  The bank teller complies and hands the robber a sack of cash.  But when the police show up, the robber drops the bag, leaving it on the bank floor.  The problem with the analogy is that Trump never brandished a weapon, and Trump was never handed a sack of cash.  Idiot.
