Schiff: Judiciary Committee to receive impeachment report 'soon after' Thanksgiving recess

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) told Democratic lawmakers on Monday that the committees overseeing the impeachment inquiry are preparing a report for the House Judiciary Committee, which will ultimately determine whether to file articles of impeachment.

In a Dear Colleague letter sent to members of the Democratic caucus, Schiff said that while the House Intelligence, Foreign Affairs, and Oversight and Reform committees continue to investigate President Trump, he expected the report to be sent shortly after members return from their one-week Thanksgiving recess.

He also did not rule out the possibility of additional hearings or depositions, though investigators do not want to allow the administration to delay their probe through court challenges.

I'm just spitballing here.  I dunno if it's good or bad for whoever faces President Trump in 2020, but if I was the rat congress I'd turn it to the rat candidates to give their opinion.  Cut their loses and quite hearing witnesses, or prolong it another week or 2 or 4?  Let Biden, Warren, and Bernie opine if the rats have dug deep enough.

From a purely entertainment POV, I'd play through until Aug of next year.  I don't think the heavy stuff is gonna come down for quite awhile.

Translation:  The DemocRats are stalling.... because, contrary to their lies of ""overwhelming"" evidence of wrong-doing... and despite millions of tax-payer dollars wasted....

they haven't got a damned thing that they have proven against Trump.  Zip, zilch and nada....
