An American Airlines plane had a mechanical issue, and Hillary Clinton was onboard

n American Airlines flight, which had former Secretary of State and presidential candidate Hillary Clinton aboard, needed to return to its gate in New York following a mechanical issue on Sunday afternoon.

American flight 2144, which was set to depart from New York's LaGuardia airport and head to Washington, D.C.'s Reagan airport, made a return to its gate around 3:15 p.m. EST on Sunday "due to a mechanical issue," American Airlines spokesman Ross Feinstein told USA TODAY in a statement. Passengers ultimately boarded a different aircraft. Flight tracking service FlightAware indicates the plane left at 5:07 p.m. and reached Washington at 6:05 p.m. – an hour and 41 minutes after its scheduled arrival.....
