New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has given her endorsement to her Tio (Uncle) Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders.

And not only because he is a fellow Democrat Socialist, whatever that means, but because he, like she, recognizes that illegal aliens work harder than Americans.

“I’m proud to say that the only reason I had any hope in launching a long-shot campaign for Congress is because Bernie Sanders proved that you can run a grassroots campaign in an America where we thought it was impossible,” she said.

I suppose this somehow makes sense to liberals but for me it makes about as much sense as saying the best way to lose weight is to eat lots more candy. :shrug:

Ocasio-Cortez believes the statement, for people like Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren do know otherwise. They want more state control. According to Ocasio-Cortez, the reason why she thinks more government means more freedom because you’re free from the burden of making your own life decisions.

AOC is getting primaried by the Dems, and there is a chance she will lose.  Every day she is in Congress, she is one of the largest vote getters for Republicans.
