Tom Steyer: I went to his website to read about him. His "end of the world" statement, means climate change would cause the end of the world if Trump and other Republican presidents are elected after him because they won't do anything to stop climate change.
This is his first debate with the candidates. He has mega money, billions, and he and wife give it away. He is smart, well spoken, can sway a crowd, and gathered enormous numbers of people to sign a proclamation/document/whatever, supporting impeachment of Trump. Wants a federal office to make elections "fair" and a federal office on climate change.
Here is the kicker - wants every person who owns a GUN to have a LICENSE. NO LICENSE, NO GUN. Also do away with certain guns and certain magazines that hold multiple cartridges. A license means the government has a list of every weapon you have that holds cartridges.
(Next will be license to own a knife, then license to own a spray bottle of anything since one could spray it into someone's eyes. Then, license to own a dog over 5 lbs. License to own a cat as its claws could hurt someone.)
Do you know other licenses people would have to have to insure no one would be hurt by something - either human/mammal or object? License to own a cigarette lighter, ....
