Cracks emerge in White House strategy as witness testifies

Cracks are starting to emerge in the White House's overarching strategy not to cooperate with any aspect of House Democrats’ impeachment investigation and other probes.

In the course of a few hours Friday, former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch appeared on Capitol Hill to testify, defying the White House’s order that she skip the closed-door deposition. Gordon Sondland, U.S. ambassador to the European Union, indicated he will testify on Thursday, after the State Department blocked his appearance this week.

And a federal appeals court ruled Friday in favor of Democrats seeking Trump’s tax returns and other financial records — documents the president has refused to turn over.

I'm not seeing any cracks here.  The White House continues to tell the House to pound sand without abatement.  The House has nothing now.  Why give them anything?

Cracks... meaning disloyal and defiant staff, which is nothing new for Trump.... and a radical court upholding unconstitutional infringements on his civil right to privacy re: his taxes...?

If a court or 'the government' can compel Trump to release his private income taxes.... then every single one of us is at risk from this same government for the same type of infringement.   I posit that the USSC will strike this down, no question.

In the meantime, the rabid left uses words like "cracks" to describe their ongoing harassment.

The Left does not care what is actually truth. They always print as 'truth' whatever they want to be true.
The only surprising thing about this so called 'reporting' is that they didn't slip in the term "Trump is furious" in there somewhere, since they use this in just about every article they write about President Trump.

Trump is furious that Halloween falls on a Thursday this year!!
