No, that voice problem is from speaking so much day after day after day to groups/audiences. It happens to almost all serious candidates before the election happens. With this problem showing up in these rather young days of the campaign, he is going to have to rest his voice and have a vocal/throat/voice box specialist help him deal with this. I am surprised to see this happen to him this early, but he is everywhere speaking constantly so maybe I am not surprised.

And the idiocy of Biden with his comment that only violent offenders should end in prison. Music to the ears of Bernie Maddoff. And there are hundreds if not thousands that stole money from folks who are in prison, and they get a get out of jail card too.

BIDEN IS SENILE, AND IT IS SAD TO WATCH HIM. HE IS A GAFF MASTER, BUT WATCH HOW HE SPEAKS, HIS BRAIN IS LOW FUNCTIONING. His staff held their breath through that whole debate, and he did not stay after the debate to field questions from the media, which is the same as every debate. Do the debate and head for the exit....pronto. ANd this is the person the Dems thinks will stand against Trump? Please. They are all road kill, not one better than the other against a formidable Trump.
