One person is dead and at least 10 are injured in West Texas after at least one shooter driving a hijacked U.S. Postal Service truck started to fire indiscriminately Saturday afternoon, according to a city of Odessa spokesperson.
One person was in custody, as of 4:45 p.m., according to NBC's Midland affiliate KWES.
Police said the second shooter is still at-large and driving a small gold/white Toyota truck, KWES reported.
