Neither do I.  Poll after poll suggests that Dems still think Biden is the best candidate to defeat Trump.   That's their overriding concern.   And you're right - the other 19 candidates are all pretty much idiots.

Harris has gone way down in the polls.  She was a bright spot at one time and now has faded.
A black man would give Warren votes but she will not totally depend on them for a win.  She will have a plan to go after Spanish legal voters in the states near the border where they are numerous.  I expect Democrats to open offices in Spanish areas in these states.  That money will come from three sources: her campaign, the State Democrat Party in those states, plus the National Democrat Committee.

Some years ago, we started that in Texas; opened Republican offices in heavy Spanish areas - "Open an office and they will come."  The State Party opened/paid for these offices.  I do not know if the National Committee gave any money for that.

Here is another thing that happens in counties.  The Secretary of State, Elections Division, pays for the Democrat Chairman and Republican Chairman in every county to open an office in their county a number of months before an election and it closes down after the election. 

In larger counties with citizens donating to their local party all year long, Dems and/or Reps may keep an office open all year long.

The exaggeration allows the biased press to poo-poo the number of people Trump attracted to his rally.  "Warren attracted more people than Trump!"  They tried the empty seats at Trump's rally, and failed.
