Not him, not anyone, who votes to infringe upon the Bill of Rights (including the 2nd) will get my vote, from dogcatcher to POTUS.

Exactly.  Anyone who tampers with the bill of Rights is no different than the bat crap leftist crazies and will eventually equate to the demise of our Republic.

Exactly. I've said it before; The only one who will be responsible for Trump losing his re-election is Trump himself.  Someone needs to tell our narcissist in chief that if he carries through with stomping on our rights, then at that point he is no different than someone on the left stomping on our rights.

It makes me want to puke.  I have voted in every presidential election and primary election since I've been eligible to vote and have missed very few local elections.

We shall soon see what he does.  His re-election is dependent on what he does, not what he says he's going to do. The two seem to differ, BIGLY.

At this point you are just making yourself look ridiculous.  Even dumb.  Lacking in anything intelligent to say.

And he can quit sucking his thumb and get busy securing the country.  Not by taking away American citizens rights.  Not by pushing fake news about a shooter that was a democratic environmentalist whacko.  Certainly not caving to the Chuck and Nancy show every time.

And depending on the Mexican President to secure our nation is not winning.  That Mexican President could and probably will turn on us in a dime.  Threats don't work forever.

Good grief talk about proving a point...  To all those that (like myself) said that if you don't stand for something and keep voting "R" no matter where the politician on the ballot stood, they (CINOs) will not go after your vote. Trump has seen that he does not have to have my vote or anyone else of real conservative constitutional values. He is bold enough to spit it in our faces thinking that I will vote for the fat wishy-washy loudmouth with liberal voting family in key positions.

Want my vote Trump, behave like it. That is, stop acting and become the man you said you would be. I feature a group on the 80s Catbox music thread called "Talk Talk"... Don could be the lead singer.

@Victoria33
IMO, he HAS to keep beating this drum.

He's a superb marketer.  And HE is the product.  It's only August.  And I mean 2015 again!

He will explain why...if you love your country, we will have no choice but to get off our azzes and vote for him.  He will tell you clear-cut DIFFERENT reasons why...each time and as each month passes.

This is true. HE is the product. He is a superb marketer for the left cohorts (college grads, Asians, blacks, Latinos, 18-29-year-olds) that showed the largest increases for the midterms...the midterms--Dems showing up for a midterm? WTF.

https://www.census.gov/library/stories/2019/04/behind-2018-united-states-midterm-election-turnout.html

Remember how bemusing it used to be when Obama would beg his base to show up for midterms, ("Don't boo, vote!") knowing that he was wasting his breath? Trump, with his daily debasement, has done what Obama couldn't--he's motivated the left to become politically engaged in a way that will most likely doom him in 2020. Trump's explanations don't matter. His case for remaining in office doesn't matter. His policies don't matter. The Republican platform doesn't matter. Conservatism & Moral Decency damn sure don't matter. However, demographics do matter. Trump has made everything all about HIM, and that is who they will be voting against. The vain, arrogant, insulting, tweeting, a-hole who always seems to find a way to disrespect, degrade and demean people who look like them and/or people they admire.

Perhaps, ironically, Mr. Make America Great Again is going to accomplish what Obama couldn't---the fundamental transformation of America, as the left gains the political power to implement every 33GenderOpenAmnestyGreenNewForAllLegislative abomination they can think of. I despise Trump, but I know the left's belief system is nothing but ill for America.

I feel like running for the hills like those Texas House GOPers.

   Hi corbe,
I am frustrated by Trump and his enablers because I think they are doing irreparable damage for a short term high, but I do know that the feckless GOP is ultimately to blame because they allowed Candidate Trump in 2015 to solely articulate positions that the rest of them were too cowardly to take. They allowed the carnival barker to stand out.

That has been my point all along @FeelNoPain and that Spirit is Alive here, in many Briefers.
It all seems about now for some (2020) but our 'real' choices, the most important ones, were almost 4 years ago when Trump built his cult and eliminated our only Hope through National Enquirer innuendo.
We certainly get what we deserve.

That's probably the most truthful post I have seen in here lately.  But I am still not going to vote for him.  I guess Republicans are going to get exactly what they deserve for their move left.  He could have never won the election if Conservatism was still the priority.  When we morally bankrupt the country then communism moves in.  Its the natural progress of immoral, lawless government.  And Trump has been caving to the liberals the whole time...……...helping them.  And what you say is so true.  No morals, and its all about him.  Those are the things that make dictatorships.

Voting for Trump is voting for liberalism, even Communism dictatorship style.  And he is showing it by saying third term and fourth term.  He made comments about China and no vote too.   People have to voter for him.  He has said so many things that are dictatorship comments.  People are not listening.  Danger!
