Well, it's believed the case against Epstein may go forward anyway,  The feds might be able to go after his estate and whatever businesses he owned.  But if that doesn't work, his alleged victims might have recourse through civil litigation. 

Money may go al ong way for the victims in their quest for peace.

I don't know how it would be possible to go forward in criminal court. His estate didn't pimp out anybody.

The alleged victims can sure as hell sue his estate for damages,though.

And will,as long as there are lawyers out there eager to dip their bills into the blood.

Powder and primers ARE required to fire a firearm,and that's what everyone seems to be talking about.

I guess you could do it with a pneumatic or battery-powered gun of some type,like a nailgun,but don't know for sure. I do know you can sure as hell put a nail through your hand or foot with a nailgun using compressed air,though. Never had any experience with a battery-powered nail gun and know nothing about them.

Just not possible for Epstein to hide his light. He went out of his way,spent millions of dollars,and committed whole series of crimes to become a public figure. He is a whore for attention.

The following account is from a former inmate of the Metropolitan Correction Center in lower Manhattan, where Jeffrey Epstein was found unresponsive Saturday, and declared dead at a hospital of an apparent suicide. The ex-convict, who spoke to The Post’s Brad Hamilton and Bruce Golding on the condition of anonymity, spent several months in the 9 South special housing unit for high-profile prisoners awaiting trial — like Epstein.

There’s no way that man could have killed himself. I’ve done too much time in those units. It’s an impossibility.

Between the floor and the ceiling is like eight or nine feet. There’s no way for you to connect to anything.

You have sheets, but they’re paper level, not strong enough. He was 200 pounds — it would never happen. ...

They don’t give you enough in there that could successfully create an instrument of death. You want to write a letter, they give you rubber pens and maybe once a week a piece of paper.

Nothing hard or made of metal.

I've been reading multiple articles about this, this morning.

One had a statement the speculated Epstein primarily made his money as an expert in moving money offshore. Not in investing. Been reviewing but can't seem to find that particular statement.

Not even because of his high profile, but just on general principles, I cannot believe for a minute that they would not have him on cam. If they don't have vid then it's dirty pool, and no one will convince me otherwise.

What he said is right - There are cams everyplace inside for the purpose of protecting the COs (not so necessarily the prisoners)... Every incident is caught on vid with sound - Every_single_incident... That is how interactions with inmates are adjudged. That is how a COs actions are defended and justified, by looking at the tapes. It absolutely IS a CYA thing in every-day-life, not to mention an inmate with this high a profile.
