The American Center for Law and Justice finally got some satisfaction from its numerous FOIA requests to the Department of Justice. It took a specific court order from a federal judge to release long-secret documents that might raise a few eyebrows among those who are still interested in matters pertaining to Hillary Clinton's aides and the former secretary of state's missing emails.

    The ACLJ has obtained the DOJ’s infamous immunity agreements with Hillary Clinton’s top aides  Cheryl Mills and  Heather Samuelson – documents previously unreleased to the public and which include the DOJ attempting to enter an  agreement not to comply with the requirements of FOIA, and which confirm it agreed to  “dispose” of evidence, including Mills’ and Samuelson’s “culling laptops” which contained all of the missing emails from Hilary Clinton’s private homebrew server.

We understand that Cheryl Mills is willing to voluntarily provide the Mills Laptop to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, if the United States agrees not to use any information directly obtained from the Mills Laptop in any prosecution of Cheryl Mills for the mishandling of classified information and/or the removal or destruction of records as described below."

The FBI wanted what was on Mill's computer that involved Hillary, not Mills herself, not personal stuff that would embarrass her if known.   

I worked on a case with a lawyer about our county judge being charged by a district judge because porn was on his county computer.  The county had no rule about their county computers, for what they could be used.  As a result of helping this lawyer, I had to go to the porn websites involved in this case.  Those websites captured my information and for years I had porn messages/pictures/etc.  When I changed computers, I would have a computer guru switch all info. from the old one to the new one.  At some point, I stopped getting the messages/pictures but it could be true that somewhere in the guts of my main computer, those are still there.  I can explain how they got there, but if publicized, would anyone believe me?  Oh, yes, those websites were all men, no women.  They were homosexual web sites.

What is on your computer you do not want the public to know?  That is why Mills wanted immunity and the info. destroyed.

We have determined that Hillary Clinton broke almost every single law on the books pertaining to classified information. Furthermore, it is undisputed that she physically and digitally destroyed information that was under subpoena, intimidated witnesses, and lied to investigators. Her behavior was beyond negligent. She purposely set up a system which would allow her to avoid oversight of any kind. She became a kind of 'rogue agent' of the United States. Doing things completely at her own discretion without concern of any kind of chain of command.

However, we don't care. She's a nice old lady, so we're going to let her go. That is all.

@Victoria33 I have no doubt that you have an innocent explanation for things on your computer.  However, that does not exonerate Clinton, and the evidence that we know should indict her instead.

See, they wanted her for a "witness" likely to incriminate Hillary - they were not after Mills, were after Hillary.  Another reason not to go after Mills - she was Hillary's lawyer so Mills could claim "confidentiality" with her client, Hillary.

If I remember correctly, Cheryl Mills was on the public payroll at the time, and while she is a lawyer, she wasn't technically Clinton's lawyer.

It was Loretta Lynch...who was going to be Hillary's nominee to the SCOTUS, who pardoned this gang.

The entire point in obtaining immunity is so that you are NOT REQUIRED to testify or answer questions in the future.
