President Donald Trump has continued his fight against Maryland Rep. Elijah Cummings as Democrats have attacked him.

He spoke to reporters at The White House on Tuesday and shredded Cummings and the Democrats for the state of cities and accused the representative of stealing.

“Baltimore has been very badly mishandled for many years. As you know congressman Cummings has been there for a long time. It’s a corrupt city.
