Former FBI Director James Comey shared his opinion that President Trump obstructed justice regarding the special counsel investigation, but added that he would be surprised if Robert Mueller said that during his upcoming testimony.

Comey was on MSNBC's Deadline Tuesday afternoon to discuss the testimony of Mueller, who is scheduled to appear in front of the House Judiciary Committee and the House Intelligence Committee on Wednesday.

Comey just can't get over getting fired. It sounds like it is possible that IG Horowitz may give insight on Comey's doings, so :pop41: . Minimally, Comey's antics the past couple of years show that he could not be trusted to serve faithfully as FBI Director during a Trump Presidency.

That's it in a nutshell.  He thinks his own firing constitutes Obstruction of Justice.  He is, in essence, walking, talking Prima facie evidence of Obstruction.

Comey was fired 8 days before Mueller was appointed, not quite an anachronistic claim, but dubious. Government usually doesn't work that fast.
