While not physically impossible, is there any evidence to support this CT, e.g. someone who wasn't present quoting something from the meeting? Or an archived/undeleted recording of the meeting?
Speaking generally rather than particularly, cell phones should be banned from contexts like that, because they can record sound, video, and pictures.
