Two-thirds of American voters and a majority of Hispanic voters believe the US Census should ask respondents whether or not they are citizens, according to a new poll.

A Harvard University Center for American Political Studies/Harris poll of 2,182 registered voters found that 67% believe the Census should have a citizenship question, while 55% of Hispanic voters agreed.

88% of Republicans, 63% of independents and 52% of Democrats support the idea, as well.

I know several Texans who have  Mexican ancestry north of the Rio Grande for 200-300 years.  Almost all of them despise the wet back horde.  So I am not surprised at all of this result.
I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.

I don't doubt your assertion.

But... these conservative-minded Hispanic citizens will soon be overwhelmed by millions upon millions of illegal invaders with an entirely different outlook.

As will you, if you're in Texas !

Okay, I read you say similar the other day. I let it slide but you repeat it again. These so-called potential voters simply can't because they are illegal.

Now, that said, that Julian Castro, his mother helped form La Raza Unida (or something like that). Liberal or Democrat-supporting Hispanics do exist there. Just observe areas like El Paso, San Antonio and so on.
