The bare truth is that he partied with Clinton, and he partied with Epstein - enough to have a personal opinion that at least implies the truth about Epstein. He knew what was going on, and at the best reading, did nothing to stop it until approached with a subpoena...

To confer complicity is certainly not far fetched...

Considering the dirt Epstein possesses, and can use, I will be very surprised to see him convicted for anything real.

But, @Victoria33 you know that and another case filed by the same plaintiff was dismissed because of a number of irregularities on the part of the plaintiff.

I'd say that one of the most important irregularities was the inability to prove the person's existence!

He wasn't "charged" at all, he was "accused" by an anonymous person.  The reason that the case never progressed is that the accuser's existence could never be validated.
