Sex Offender—Twice Deported to Mexico--Pleads Guilty to Illegally Reentering the United States
 

(CNSNews.com) - Fabian Murcia, an illegal alien from Mexico who was twice deported from the United States before he reentered the country and “was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual battery against a victim under the age of 13 and taking indecent liberties with a child by a person in a custodial or supervisory relationship,” has pleaded guilty to illegally reentering the United States.

“Murcia has been deported at taxpayer expense on multiple occasions,” said G. Zachary Terwilliger, the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, in a statement released Wednesday.
