‘‘Hello Intolerant, intellectually-challenged, psychotic, socialists!

Your so-called business is in jeopardy. Rest assured this is not a threat but simply a warning that predicts your downfall. . . . When your treasonist hypocrite lowlife Obama took our nation into despair (for 8 yrs) we didn’t do or say the things you do. Get over it, before it’s too late! BTW, there are a lot more of us than there are of you.’’

I’ve been getting hate mail for almost a year now, ever since I asked White House press secretary Sarah Sanders to leave my Lexington, Va., restaurant, the Red Hen, last June.

At the time, the country was in turmoil over the Trump administration’s heinous practice of separating children from their parents at our southern border. In our tiny 26-seat restaurant, the horror felt simultaneously immediate and far away.

Not sure I am buying it. I have no doubt some leftie millionaires paid people to go there to eat,but I have serious doubts about this still happening a year later.

A restaurant, just like a cable network, doesn't need to appeal to everyone to be successful.   Both can cater to haters,  of which there are certainly enough to keep a small greasy spoon, or a small-minded network, in business.

It looks like a run-down dump.  The owner writes about being faced with the prospect of serving a “fine meal” to someone whose actions violated human decency.  I doubt it was very fine.

Trip Advisor seems to agree.  The reviews mention mediocre food served lukewarm, dirty cutlery, arrogant wait staff, and the dirty building exterior.

The positive reviews are so over-the-tip glowing that they have to be fake.
I say this to Beto fans, Trump fans, all fans of politicians: it is un-American, ridiculous, and dangerous to be a fan of a politician. They aren't pop stars. Support them if you agree with their policies. Criticize them when they go wrong. They are servants, not celebrities. —— Matt Walsh

From the words of Trump (or his ghost writer): "It doesn't matter what they say about you, as long as they keep talking about you..."

I might believe her if she had done the same during 0bama's administration.
