No, it isn't even close. They are actually mutually exclusive.
Fascism requires heavy government control/influence over the economy and private enterprise. Businesses are still privately
owned, but the government controls/regulates it for the benefit of the industrialists and the state, working in tandem. It's sweetheart government deals, limiting competition to keep the wealthy on top, etc..
If you have unregulated capitalism, then by definition the government is not favoring companies with regulation or sweetheart deals/legislation. And if government doesn't have power over business, then business can't get power over the government because there is no mechanism to do so.
That doesn't mean that unregulated capitalism is entirely good. It just means that it isn't fascism.
