After months of struggling to find a foothold in the presidential race, Sen. Elizabeth Warren has climbed into third place in national surveys that suggest her far-left, policy-heavy campaign is resonating with Democratic voters.

Ms. Warren gained traction from the rollout of her plan to erase $50,000 of student debt for most borrowers and her breakout performances at candidate forums.

She also was the first of the Democratic hopefuls to call for impeaching President Trump after the release last month of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report.

The far-left has begun to coalesce. You have Biden, the pragmatist, against Warren, the left-winger and Bernie, who will always have a Ron Paul-like following. The question is: will it stay that way?

Alas, America is not the same nation it was in 1972. But then again, for all his aspirational '60s liberalism George McGovern was also a WWII combat veteran who still undoubtedly loved his country. Warren's appeal, those words together are an oxymoron, are they not?

Fauxcahontas doomed any hopes of a higher station in life when it was revealed she lied repeatedly to advance her career, declaring herself a protected minority in the USA.  She would never have gotten the $425,000+ job at Harvard to teach ONE CLASS if she hadn't lied about her ancestry.

I consider her an embarassment to the USA.  She will never best HRC, Biden or Comrade Muppet!  And perhaps a few others too when the party truly gets started.

With everything that is going on in Venezuela these days why on earth would anyone with the modicum of brain cells believe that socialism is a good thing?  Why on earth would they want that here?

The excuse is always those evil US Imperialists undercut the regime, if the US didn't meddle, Venezuela would have flowery meadows and rainbow skies and rivers made of chocolate, where the children dance and laugh and play with gumdrop smiles.
