Yikes: Biden leads by 26 in new Quinnipiac poll

What the hell? The commentariat had collectively decided that this week would be “Joe Biden Flop Sweat Week,” when he jumped into the race and his polls immediately began to crash when everyone was reminded that he’s a gaffe machine with all sorts of unabsolved sins against wokeness on his record.

He seems likely to win, because of the number of candidates.  Biden vs. Sanders would be similar to 2016.

In a shocker, socialism doesn't even sell in the Democratic Party.

The cross-tabs are pretty interesting though:
- Biden, as expected, is strongest among self-described moderates, conservative Democrats, and the "somewhat liberal."
- His lead among non-whites is even stronger than among whites. The Obama Effect looks like it's in play here.
- The far-left actually supports Elizabeth Warren. She leads 26-20 over Biden, with Bernie at 19.
- Beto looks like he's out of it. Buttigieg stole his thunder but I suspect his star will fade as well.
- Men and women have similar preferences, except for one: Bernie's supporters are 2:1 male, while Kamala Harris's are almost 4:1 female.
- Nobody in the below-MOE crowd is gaining any traction. I suspect a lot of dropouts in the next few months.

These polls were custom tailored for Slow Joe's announcement.  They are most likely going to be his high water mark.

Uncle Joe is yesterday's recycled DEM just like Hillary and they feel he's the sure bet.  Problem is Uncle Joe is now Grandpa Joe and doesn't have quite the appeal.

The DEMS are threatening to omit Trump from being on the ballot in blues states if he doesn't turn over his tax return.  They are desperate already, meaning their corruption will only get worse.
