The Top Ten Evilest People of All-Time
A list.
by Larry Alex Taunton
April 5, 2019, 12:17 AM

Have you ever wondered who the evilest people to ever walk this earth are? Adolf Hitler always seems to be the go-to reference in such conversations. It is a difficult thing to quantify. Do we do it statistically — that is, according to who killed the most people — or should it be based on their evil influence on history? My list relies on both. Of course, it’s totally subjective, but those making the Top Ten might surprise you. So, starting in reverse order, I give you a list of people who will make you feel better about yourself:

Some honorable (or is that DIShonorable?) mentions.

Eve. Off playing with some snake, ultimately responsible for getting us kicked out of the garden of Eden, mother of the first documented murderer...

Kaiser Wilhelm: Who sent Lenin to Moscow to stir up trouble and mess up the Russian war effort, leading to the October Revolution, the murder of his own cousin and his family, and eventually to the Soviet Union, the Cold War, Uranium One, and the Mueller Investigation.

Hillary Clinton. Long seeking political power, involved in shady cattle futures trading, shady bank and real estate deals, enabled molestation of other women in her desire to retain her ticket to power, illegally collected raw FBI data on ranking political opponents and others (yes the FBI corruption has been going on THAT long), possibly implicated in the curious demise of numerous former colleagues and associates, architect of an early form of Obamacare, complicit in the questionable presence and likely distribution of classified (to Above Top Secret) materials through intent or careless handling, implicated in Benghazi incident through lack of security, party to a Foundation which skimmed (failed to distribute) massive disaster relief resources from desperate third world people in Haiti, likely profited from the sale of strategic assets to foreign powers (real Russian collusion), etc.

Friedrich Engels one of the creators of what they called "scientific socialism". (With Karl Marx)

Alfred Kinsey, whose research into sexual behaviour went beyond the pale, may have been fraudulent, but set the stage for the sexual revolution, and not just heterosexual, and sometimes pedophillic in nature. The downside of all of this is that harnessing the natural tendencies for people to become involved in an instinctive behaviour with just a little prodding (no pun intended), it is easy to get an entire society so wrapped up in sexual matters they not only ignore other things in their world, they start getting confused, leading ultimately to concepts like 52 genders, etc.

Timothy Leary: Turn on tune in drop out (later used by Jerry Rubin as well), did much to promote the use of hallucinogenic drugs ostensibly for research and under controlled conditions at first, but in reality pushed drug use into the mainstream. What had been the provenance of jazz musicians and drug addicts became less stigmatized, more commonplace, and now, widespread, accounting for more deaths a year than car accidents.

Charles Darwin, who provided the basis by which countless atrocities have been justified, from slavery, economic exploitation, to attempted genocide, namely that there are less advanced and developed forms of human, less human, sub human, and that they are lower on the evolutionary scale. Without the concept that people are created in the image of their Creator and that all are equal before Him, just about anything can be justified or rationalized, and has been.

Walter Cronkite: Who, with complete gravitas, convinced America that the Tet Offensive (and subsequent defeat of the Viet Cong throughout South Vietnam) was a loss, militarily, and that the war could not be won.  (See also, Jane Fonda, Joseph Goebbels, Leni Riefenstahl)

What kind of list is that?

You know it.

They did this combo bake one day. Cornbread, chopped hot dogs, and green beans. All baked together. No hiding it in your milk carton. It was a most desperate hour. It didn't taste bad. Just didn't look right. I ate mine. Kids were promising me the world if I would eat their's.

Robin Hood belongs on that list.
If a political party does not have its foundation in the determination to advance a cause that is right and that is moral, then it is not a political party; it is merely a conspiracy to seize power.

Eve wasn't off doing anything.  Adam was standing right there the whole time.  And as the spiritual head, it was his job to stop her, or at least corrected her when she embellished what God had said.

Robin Hood belongs on that list.
Why? He robbed Tax Collectors and gave the peasants a rebate....

(The rob the rich, give to the poor was later nonsense, the "rich" were taking taxes from the poor)

True, Adam had a choice. He could have told her to leave the snake alone, stay away from the tree.

Then he would have had to invent the sofa to have a place to sleep...

Exactly.  I heard a pastor preach that laying all the blame on Eve doesn’t fly.  As the head of the family, God addressed Adam first; the buck stopped with Adam.  But he chickened out and punted his responsibility.

There are plenty of passages in Scripture which say sin entered the world through Adam, or through one man.

Correctamundo.

So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.

There are people responsible for an awful lot even today who choose not to embrace that responsibility.

It is ultimately a choice.

He should have kept her away from the tree, but that's where the snake came in...

Quote
1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:

3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

Not quite.  God gave Adam and also Eve fee choice.  It was not Adam's responsibility to deny that choice to Eve.  It was his choice to eat the apple.
