Feds investigating possible Chinese espionage at Mar-a-Lago: report

Federal authorities are probing possible Chinese spying targeting President Trump’s private Palm Beach club Mar-a-Lago, according to the Miami Herald.
The probe is also looking into the case of Yujing Zhang, a Chinese woman arrested Saturday by Secret Service agents after trying to enter the club with a thumb drive containing malware, according to the Herald report, which cited sources familiar with the investigation.
Zhang reportedly told conflicting stories about her reasons for wanting to enter the club, including wanting to attend a non-existent event.
Zhang was not on federal authorities’ radar before her arrest, according to the Herald.
