@QueenCatofAragon No, think - each time, the husband was being sworn in to a high office right at that moment. No wife is going to cause a scene as the husband is sworn in - he would not be sworn in if she interrupted. One would hope after the wife told the husband, husband would go to Biden and tell him to keep his hands off, or else.
I vaguely remember one time when a husband was standing with his wife, he was not being sworn in and Biden did that and the husband told him off. I wonder if I can find that by doing research. I will try that tomorrow.
I have the TV on Fox and CNN all day but not at the same time, using one TV. Most people can't do that because they have a life - like going to work, silly things like that. So, I see a lot other people don't see. If it is important, I make a note.
