So, a migrant (Senegalese), the bus driver, took the kids hostage but the son of migrants (Egyptian father) helped save the day... a bit of a complex story, but two of the boys called the police when the incident was taking place.

Sounds like the bus driver had convictions for sexual assault and drunk driving. So, the story says they are seeing how he ever got this job.
