Biden...whoever has the best chance of beating Trump gets my vote I won't waste my vote on 3rd party candidates that can't win this time...
I will not lie... in 2016 I would have seriously considered voting for Biden had he been the Democrats' nominee. But then again, there's no guarantee he would've won the nomination. He's a politician's politician, a negotiator. Had he won, with a GOP Congress, I suspect there'd've been a lot of negotiation. I do think sequestration—which he helped negotiate—would've still been in effect.
Trump, on the other hand, has not been quite as bad as the worst-case scenario... yet. He hasn't been the Greatest Prezident EVAH!!!1, but in regard to the threats he has made in regarding some of the totalitarian tactics being used against anyone who speaks ill of him, so far, those seem to be total hot air. He's still a lecherous sleazeball, but then again, so is most of Washington, including Biden.
I live in an area of the country where my vote doesn't count. If Trump wins or loses, it will not be on my account, unless I move somewhere else between now and then. I reserve my right to vote against both the Democrat and the Republican with a third-party candidate if I so choose.
