How much do NFL players make for winning Super Bowl?
Dan Bernstein
2 hrs ago As outlined in the NFL’s collective bargaining agreement, players are paid a stipulated amount for playoff games regardless of their role. For example, Patriots quarterback Tom Brady pocketed $56,000 in this year's AFC championship game, just like teammate Matthew Slater did.
But Super Bowl winners do get double the bonus of Super Bowl losers, and while it might not be much to the highest-paid players on a team, claiming a championship can provide a significant bonus for a rookie on the NFL minimum salary, like Patriots cornerback J.C. Jackson or Rams defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers ($480,000).
After Super Bowl 53 between the Patriots and Rams, members of the winning team each will be paid $124,000. Members of the losing team each will be paid $62,000.
