Social justice has become a new excuse for prejudice

On a basic level, nothing could be more American than the idea of “social justice.” Theoretically, it is an ideological commitment to equality and fairness, seeking restitution for historical wrongs and achieving reconciliation.

In reality, it is something far more sinister.

Social justice is identity politics in practice, which has come to reject objectivity and colorblindness. It instructs adherents to see society as an unnavigable matrix of overlapping persecutions and reject meritocracy as an unattainable myth, sapping them of agency and robbing them of individuality. And when the political system fails to meet these unrealistic expectations, it leads its devotees to lash out.

A lot of the thinking behind SJ is just envy/jealousy of what others have.  You have a dollar more than me, and that's not fair.
Of course, much of it is typical leftists wanting to destroy traditional America and place themselves in power so that they can imprison/kill a lot of people like all leftists do when they get power.

Nothing new 'bout it.

Social Justice has always been a bigoted, thieving pantload of prejudice.

SJ posits that Everyone deserves Special Treatment from Society. Toss equal protection of the laws out the window.

Without Equal Protection you have all Manner of Prejudice being enacted, (to make all the wounded SJW's happy) and Everyone gets to lead their own personal parade.
