New Study Destroys Popular Pro Gun Control Excuse

Gun Control Advocates always think that guns are the problem. They blame guns for the acts of the mentally disturbed. After they are done blaming these tools of defense they attack legal gun owners with whacky legislation. But a new study suggests that these Gun Control Advocates may have lost one of their favored excuses.

After shootings occur the Anti Gun nuts have been blaming family members or a lack of appropriate background checks. But a recent study claims that most criminals actually get their weapons off the black market.

According to the U.S. Dept of Justice, “an estimated 287,400 prisoners possessed a firearm during their offense. The findings concluded 6 percent had stolen the weapon, 7 percent found it at a crime scene and 43 percent obtained it off the street or on the black market. About 25 percent had received it from a family member or friend, or as a gift.”
