On Sunday, New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D) claimed that President Trump’s immigration views are “racistâ€, but they weren’t racist when SHE held those same beliefs.
She made her remarks after CNN’s Jake Tapper called her out for her glaring hypocrisy.
“[My immigration views] certainly weren’t empathetic and they were not kind and I did not think about suffering in other people’s lives,†Gillibrand told Jake Tapper on Sunday morning.
