@Weird Tolkienish Figure@QueenCatofAragonI heard another story; this one happened in the 1950s. A family member I did not know then, was a flight attendant on one of the US airlines. She was a young woman and always helpful to people with disabilities and wanted to be the best attendant she could be. One time, a very fat man insisted she had to go with him to the bathroom as he needed to urinate and his belly was so big, he couldn't see his penis to aim it at the potty; he wanted her to hold his penis while he urinated. Well, she did it but never forgot how traumatic it was for her to do that. Something like this is disgusting/nauseating.
Now, my being an EMT, in an emergency situation, a body part is just a mechanical part to keep the body alive. It doesn't matter what part it is, the arm part, the abdomen part, the heart part, the sexual part - stop the problem long enough to keep the patient alive until the hospital doctors can hopefully fix it permanently. If seeing blood makes you nauseous, don't be an EMT.
