Tulare County, CA – The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office has released bodycam footage that showed a portion of the police gunfight with a twice-deported illegal immigrant accused of fatally shooting two men and wounding several others before leading deputies on a high-speed pursuit into oncoming traffic (video below).
The suspect, 36-year-old Junior Gustavo Garcia-Ruiz, also fired on police and intentionally crashed into four vehicles on State Route 65 during his “personal reign of terror†on Dec. 17, Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux said at the time, according to FOX News.
