Dems Introduce Legislation to Have Mexico Pay for Wall?

Democrats have reportedly introduced relatively secret legislation that would require Mexico to pay for the wall.

According to The Daily Caller:

    Democratic Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee of Texas introduced legislation forbidding construction of a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border — unless Mexico pays for it.

    Lee introduced the Protect American Taxpayers and Secure Border Act into the House on Dec. 19, which would “prohibit taxpayer funds from being used to build a wall between Mexico and the United States,” and further require that any barrier constructed on the southern border “be paid for using funds provided by the Government of Mexico.”

"The House has passed legislation including funding for the border wall but the prospect of it passing the Senate remains slim."

 This "bill," like the other, is nothing but smoke and mirrors to make it seem the democrats are trying to solve the problem when they actually don't want to.  This bill won't make it but they can be self righteous and blabber about they are trying hard to fix things.  Then the media will take it and run down Trump.
