A Democrat lawmaker slammed Christians for supporting border security by saying President Trump would have killed baby Jesus, then stormed out of a hearing when Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen offered to ‘walk him through’ how legal immigration works.

Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) put on the bizarre display during a House Judiciary Committee hearing on immigration and border security.

His rant involved calling Christians who want migrants to follow laws “repugnant” and reminding those in attendance that we shouldn’t actually say ‘Christmas’ because it’s not inclusive.

I continue to question if the DEMS honestly think things through before they say them?  Their hatred certainly spews into every aspect of their lives and they give no reasoning for their lack of even simple logic.

We need to get Saint Mother Pelosi on this, to explain how God supports abortion and illegal immigration. It is a bit strange how in Pelosi's bubble world, God agrees with her on every single point. The only problem is that, lately, the most hated big-name candidate has typically found a way to come out on top of most of the primaries (Obama, being beloved by the Democrats' base, being an exception). Kerry, McCain, Romney, Clinton, Trump... no one liked them, yet that's who ended up winning.

As I advised @corbe, what I'm doing is concentrating on what Trump does.  He has no filter as my daughter says about me sometimes, and shoots off his mouth.  If he said that, it was a joke.

I think he's done good things and I can't think of anything he's DONE that is wrong or horribly offensive.

That is wise advice.  Just wait until he signs a bill (and there is sufficient time to analyze the content) or puts his pen to an order (and again, there is sufficient time to analyze the content).  At that point in time it makes sense to either criticize or praise the ACTION.

All of the hysteria over what he says (or doesn't say), what the pundits write in their articles or say on TV, and what this one, that one, and the other one, say that Trump is going to do or say, is pretty much a waste of time and energy.

Be patient, sit back, watch it unfold over time.  When a definite ACTION is taken, it makes sense for folks to react.
