Illegal immigrants are not the victims

Editor:

This is not the first time that illegal immigrants have complained about businesses and employers and alleged wage abuse and other collective abuses.

In the Sunday Herald, Ms. Morales states that she stood up for peers ridiculed by a supervisor as "donkey" and "dogs." She said she has had "enough with suffering" as she brushed away tears. Ms. Morales has fears of being fired. Have any of you out there ever been fired? Likely some of you.

These women came to America with "phony Social Security and permanent residency documents" to obtain employment. They allege that their supervisors and other employees knew it. So it's not their fault for breaking the law, other people did it too. That makes it right. Other people steal and cheat so why bother being honest? This is not ethically sound thinking.
