Colorado baker back in court over second LGBTQ bias allegation
« on: December 19, 2018, 08:06:17 pm »
The militant followers of faggotry are strong in Colo.

DENVER — Attorneys for a Colorado baker who refused to make a wedding cake for a gay couple on religious grounds — a stand partially upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court — argued in federal court Tuesday that the state is punishing him again over his refusal to bake a cake celebrating a gender transition.

Lawyers for Jack Phillips, owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop in suburban Denver, are suing to try to stop the state from taking action against him over the new discrimination allegation. They say the state is treating Phillips with hostility because of his Christian faith and pressing a complaint that they call an "obvious setup."

My advice for Mr. Phillips this time remains the same as it was before:
Pack up shop and get yourself OUT OF Colorado.

Move to one of the "traditional freedom" states -- CO has been transmogrified into one of the "new slavery" states.

Wyoming, Idaho, Utah -- just so long as it's NOT Colorado.

Life will get better...

If someone can be forced to make something they don't want to make, then we have tyranny/fascism.
This is not the same thing, as  some posters on this forum claim, of refusing to serve someone.
Any business owner has the right to make what they want. People don't have to buy what that business sells....they can go elsewhere.
They have no right to force a business to make something the business does not want to make.
