Those ghetto wheels have got to go.
Yeah, because nothing is classier than PMD Poverty Caps.....
Good Lord. There is so much wrong with that picture. Too bad that guy couldn't have found some chrome reverse rims and some baby moons to match those chrome tip extensions.
Meh. That's your typical Second Gen Firebird owner there.
Watchit sucka!
Tell me you don't long for the days of $4000 cars and engine displacement given in Imperial instead of metric units.
Well $4000 in 1970 is around $25K today......which is the base price for a new Camaro and GM has been using the Liters bullshit since 1971 with the 8.2 Litre.....
Are you a second gen Firebird owner?
2nd, 3rd, and 4th. Sold my last one (79 WS6) to pay for the move to Fla!
I miss the styling of cars when they were cars, not all the same. The excitement of unveiling each year's model, when there were differences in the brands. I still have dreams about my first car, a Laguna Blue 1969 Chevelle.
That explains why Caddy owners are all a little off.
Thank you for that info. Adding it to the database. A friend and I are developing a theorem on psychological make up of Pontiac owners and you fit right in to our initial hypothesis.
I just remembered Ford was doing it 5 years before that.....
What they say about Chevelle owners. I have/had those too.
Still applying for grant money for the Pontiac thing, but Chevelle will be a good one for when those millions run out.
Favorite boyfriends' cars from back in the day, 1968 Dodge Super Bee and 1966 Oldsmobile 4-4-2 and a Mustang convertible, not sure of the year. Sigh.
