Chuck Grassley to Roberts: You Criticize Trump But Let Obama Slide

Chief RINO Justice Roberts of the Supreme Court admonished President Trump for criticizing the ridiculous ruling by a federal judge on Trump’s immigration policy. That policy says you can not apply for asylum if you enter the country illegally.

RINO Roberts (Who did contortions to save Obamacare) then decided he should take the president to the woodshed over it. Funny, he didn’t do that to Obama, who criticized the Supreme Court, while they were sitting right there during his SOTU (State of the Union) speech as Sen Chuck Grassley pointed out. Nor did the pip squeak as Democrat after Democrat scorched them over the Citizens United decision. Roberts appears like he wants to be loved by liberals.

The only thing silly was Trump’s proclamation attempting to limit asylum applications.

8 USC 1158 clearly permits individuals who are already within the US to apply for asylum without regard to their immigration status, so the judge was merely enforcing the rule of law.  The one flouting the law was Trump.
