Report: Catholic Campaign for Human Development Donates Money to Pro-Abortion Groups
(CNSNews.com) -- The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) is donating money to groups that support abortion through the Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD), according to the Lepanto Institute [1], a research and education group that defends the traditional teaching of the Catholic church.
CCHD [2] is an anti-poverty program of the U.S. Bishops. Its mission [3] is to “address the root causes of poverty in America through promotion and support of community-controlled, self-help organizations and through transformative education.â€
