Not at all.  The vote didn't matter to me, other than how the tribes will realign to keep power.  You're not gonna stop hating your fellow Americans in the other tribe.  I'm only speculating on how the end comes.

ME-2 will be interesting, with their new ranked choice voting method.  If the Democrat loses ground and there's no majority winner, then the Independent will be eliminated, and the second choices will be tallied...which could be interesting.

I'm holding my breath on CA-48.  Dana Rohrabacher is in trouble there.

He stated the belief, that a home seller should be able to refuse selling to homosexuals.


That of course pleases "ultra right religious types."  OTOH the US has had civil rights laws since the 1860s, and "fair housing" laws since the 1960s.


I believe the real estate industry withdrew their endorsement off him.

So if he loses, it will be for a bonehead political unforced error.
