Yes – it is very complicated to actually look at the data points in the article and see how black and hispanic were actually separated out from white. It’s also very confusing, whenever I fill out demographic or census information that says white, with the parenthetical (non hispanic). Really ponderous stuff.
Since you didn't provide a link, I assumed you pulled that data out of...somewhere.
That’s weird, because the link is in the quote to which you posted your asinine response. Maybe you should revisit your own reply. Talk about pulling things out of ‘somewhere.’
You're right - I tend to not even see Pew results. I was going for something more accurate, but that's not your problem. You have neatly sidestepped both the hispanic issue and your original contention. The fact of the matter is that both blacks and hispanics are well-represented in the Border Patrol and military populations and it would not be an issue of white, Alabama cops turning water cannons on poor innocent citizens of the U. S. But, go with the theatrics.
There was no sidestep, since the military deployment to the border and their role is the subject of the discussion. Given they are the border patrol, I just assume they were already there and we know what their function is. Maybe I’m wrong, but it’s in their job title. <Nope>
LOL, OK, I'm not going to answer your next post and that way you can get the last word in and "win" since that appears to be what you need.
So when was this last time we sent 1000s of troop to one of our borders?
2000 NG back in April I think it was, to do paperwork.
National Guard is not the same as active duty military.
Like I said, I'll be happy if they're not there to patch up, sort and organize.
I'm tired of our military being social workers rather than soldiers. I don't want them to go there to hand out cookies. I want them to defend the border but without, I hope, having to fire a weapon.
Ummm, don't tell them that. @Sanguine
Don't you have a yucko to be getting to?
Sorry, but they are not active duty military. No disrespect intended. @RoosGirl what seems likely to me is that military will house and guard illegals until they get processed and deported. No more catch and release. More winning.
Ridiculous. Mexico is a sovereign nation. International borders should be respected. Sending troops across the border into Mexico would be an act of aggression. You know that.
What if Mexico asks for it? Just thinking out loud here, I don't really think Neito (whatever his name is) will do that.
Oh bleep, don't tell @Right_in_Virginia or @aligncare that. We must keep this bullshit up and don't you dare have any fun doing it.
Yes, @RoosGirl I see you. You can stop now.Try and get out and mingle among real people, dear. You seem to need it.
