Former Federal Prosecutor: Trump Has Authority to ‘Stop All Immigration’

Former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell said President Donald Trump has lawful authority to “stop all immigration,” offering her remarks in an interview Tuesday with Breitbart News Senior Editors-at-Large Rebecca Mansour and Joel Pollak on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight.

Powell explained, “It’s under 8 United States Code Section 1182 F. It derives from the very clear language of the statute that says he can make a finding that it is in the national interest — it doesn’t even say national security; it just says in the national interest — to halt all immigration for any aliens, and that means any and all.”


8 U.S. Code § 1182, entitled “Inadmissible aliens,” reads:

Of course he has the full authority...but again (repeating for the 20th time - sorry) he's chosen to work with Mexico and the UN to grant these people asylum and some will be placed in the US. Border wall would be futile in this case by the way.

And, he will be challenged by federal court judges with bogus rulings that will delay any response long enough to get the "migrants" safely into the US.  If he allows such a ruling to delay his actions.
