I've always like Rand and he has become a major asset to the GOP.  He gave a great speech.

I wouldn't say that was "electrifying", but for sleepy Rand he had it dialed up to at least 10.

BTW it looks like Rand got himself a seat on the Trump Train.......ALL ABOARD!!!!!!
