Pelosi Filing FOIA Request for Instructions from Trump WH to FBI on Kavanaugh-Ford Investigation
(CNSNews.com) - House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D.-Calif.) says that she is filing a Freedom of Information Act request with the Federal Bureau of Investigation to get the instructions it received from the White House on its investigation of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s allegations against U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
Pelosi says she is also requesting any communications from Senate Republicans to the FBI, the FBI’s report on the investigation and “transcripts of the underlying interviews.â€
