Just what is being Presidential?
« on: October 06, 2018, 12:34:51 pm »

Just what is being Presidential?

Talking softly and carrying a big stick. Or is bowing to
our enemies Presidential?

Perhaps thinking of how we would blend into a world
government controlled by a syndicate?

Perhaps forming a dictatorship and setting the price of
gold in your bedroom. One with a crippled mind and
a rubberstamp Congress.

We know the names of these presidents. Looks like
presidential is a pattern, a style or even a lack of
character, principle, and reason. A powerful suit.

Something that looks successful is Presidential.

Why not just be successful and model after a confident
dad or uncle. One who has had few unconquered
barriers. Someone who talks plainly. Quite plainly to
the citizens and voters. Someone unencumbered by
his or her financial supporters. Someone who uses his
own mind to make a decision and choose paths forward.
Someone without a measuring finger in the wind.

It looks to me as if Trump has laid claim and provided
a new model. A completely updated and revised one.
One that borrows from our founders. One who uses
ridicule and smarts to forge a new, really a historical,
path for America.

And the model is our current guy. Our President.

President of all of America.
