People who answer questions with questions bug me. It's my own personal cue for deception. I thought that was the low point in his whole testimony.
And that exactly is the issue, and yes it was. I will say if my younger days were scrutinized in front of the public I can't say I would hold up either. So yes the entire thing was wrong and unfair. They should have never put him on display like that. What you did when you were a teenager does not make the man or woman you are today. It is very unfair that he was put in a position that he could be judged for what he did as a teenager.
What it really comes down to is not whether he got drunk as a young man, but did he force himself on her. If they cannot prove that then he is innocent and they should confirm him.
And I think Lindsey Graham should shut up at this point. He is looking like an idiot.
